Bayumala Waterfalls – It is located in Buleleng regency, northern part of Bali.  This regency is the area which can be said to be the paradise of waterfalls. Almost 90% tourist destinations in this regency are waterfalls. Most of the waterfalls in Bali are located in Buleleng regency. It is quite easy to find the regency. All you need to do is just to go around Bedugul as the main landmark. Then, you can go to the north until you find three junctions after you pass Buyan lake. Turn left at the three junction. Pay attention to the direction that is placed on the right side of the street. Now, all you need to do is just to follow that way.

Twin Lake

Lake Buyan and Lake Tamblingan, separated by a rainforest-covered hill, approximately one kilometers, there is a pool that is connected directly to the lake Buyan through a narrow canal. The community pool is called Telaga Aya. The two lakes are known as the Twin Lakes. This sight is a great overview of the volcanic heart of Bali. Volcanoes have created and shaped this island, creating volcanic cones and lakes, and producing rich soils enabling a lush forest to grow. This lake is one of three twin lakes that formed in a large caldera. He was flanked by two other lakes, namely Lake Tamblingan in the west and Lake Bratan in the east. Lake Buyan (on the left here) is Bali’s second biggest lake, after Lake Batur and Tamblingan lake is the smallest lake on the island.

Jatiluwih Race terrace

The Jatiluwih rice terraces in the namesake upland village in West Bali are most famous for their dramatic and exotic landscapes. The cool highlands and the breathtaking scenery of this village at the foot of Mount Batukaru makes for wonderful photo opportunities, and serves as a soothing retreat away from the island’s crowded south. Once a UNESCO Cultural Heritage Site candidate, the Jatiluwih rice terraces comprise over 600 hectares of rice fields that follow the flowing topography of the Batukaru mountain range. These are maintained by a traditional water management cooperative known as ‘subak’, which dates back to the 9th century. The cooperative itself eventually won recognition as a dominant factor in Bali’s ‘cultural landscape’ entry on the heritage list.
